Lisa Kidd - Secretary

Lisa Kidd is a Sr. Compensation Analyst at WellStar Health Systems.  Lisa joined WellStar in 2017 where her current focus is job evaluations, market and data analysis, survey management, base pay design, and post-acquisition job and pay integration.  Prior to joining WellStar Lisa worked at the Southern Company for 25 years where she was responsible for a wide range of compensation projects including market pricing, equity analysis, annual base pay program, short-term incentive, long-term incentive, and equity pay plans.  In addition to Compensation, Lisa has a strong background in Human Resources having spent several years while at Southern Company in recruiting, selection, affirmative action planning, performance management, organizational design, labor relations and HRIS related processing. While working in the utility industry, Lisa served as the Project Manager of the Total Rewards Committee for the NHRG (Nuclear Human Resources Group). Lisa holds a Bachelors’ degree in Marketing from the University of Montevallo and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).  


Ali Khan - Director, Website

Ali Khan is a compensation analyst at Cortland Partners and has been there since October 2015. He joined the AACA as a member in 2016. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kennesaw State University. In his two years at Cortland, Ali has experience dealing with comp, benefits, payroll, and associate relations. Ali is currently pursuing his designations as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Prior to joining Cortland, Ali was managing multiple businesses ventures ranging from pickup dry cleaners and ice cream shops, to car dealerships.


Lisa Bizzell, Director, Marketing & Social Media

Lisa Bizzell, CCP, PHR is currently a member of the Compensation Team at Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR). She assists clients (both internal and external) with job and data analysis, compensation design and strategy and recognition programs. Prior to joining CCR, Lisa worked independently with various organizations to create and implement compensation programs. Prior to that she worked in the corporate compensation function at various organization in the Atlanta Market. Her areas of professional focus include: broad based pay administration, salary structure design, plan documentation, pay project implementation, and compensation compliance. Lisa received a Bachelors of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University (Morgantown, WV). Additionally, Lisa received a scholarship from World at Work to complete her CCP. 


Malika Terry - Director, World at Work Liaison

Malika Terry, is the Director, Americas Compensation for IHG.  She served as a Director on the Board in 2015 & 2016. She received her Master's degree in Business Administration with a major in International Business from Mercer University and an undergraduate deg & in Social Work from The University of Georgia.  She is a Certified Compensation Professional and an active member of several Professional Organizations such as The Society of Human Resources (SHRM), WorldatWork, the AACA, and The International Association of Business Communicators. 


Gayla Jenkins - Director, Sponsorship

Gayla Jenkins, has been a member of AACA for over 9 years. As a Total Rewards Leader, she has extensive experience in the development, oversight and administration of Total Rewards Programs on both sides of the coin. As a consultant Gayla has assisted clients by performing total compensation studies, developing programs, and managing projects. On the employer side, Gayla provides strategic and operational leadership in the development, implementation, communication, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. 


Crystal Hodges - President

Crystal Hodges, MBA, CCP, SPHR has been nominated to role President has served as the Director Marketing & Website of the AACA for the last two years. Currently a Compensation Analyst at Veritiv Corporation. Her areas of professional focus include: broad based pay administration, incentive plan design, governmental compliance, salary structure design, and data analytics.  Crystal received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Midwestern State University (Wichita Falls, TX) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Human Resources from Georgia State University. In her personal time she loves to travel and spend time with her family. 


Wayne Camp - Treasurer

Wayne Camp is currently Director, World at Work has been nominated to the role Treasurer. Wayne has been a member of AACA since its formation and he joined the Board in 2013 as a Director-at-Large.  His many years of compensation experience have been at BellSouth, AT&T and Scientific Games, where he had responsibility for the executive compensation functions.  Wayne currently is in private practice, specializing in providing executive compensation consulting services to small and mid-size firms. 


Cindy Kun - VP, Membership

Cindy Kun, CCP, GRP is a compensation analyst with Culpepper and Associates. Since 2013, she has been part of the team responsible for data analysis, database audits, and survey job maintenance. She is currently focused on providing exceptional compensation solutions for clients via compensation surveys and market pricing advisory services. Prior to joining Culpepper, Cindy worked for Lindsay Scott & Associates as an associate HR Consultant.


Mike McCauley - Director, Finance

Michael McCauley, CCP, CSCP is a Principal, Talent Office for Mercer.  Mike has served on the AACA Board for 7 years, as the VP of Membership, Director-at-Large and VP of Finance.  Prior to joining Mercer, Abbott Mike was the National Director of Compensation and Benefits for the American Heart Association and Manager of Sales Incentives at Abbott Vascular.


Brooke Dehaini - VP, Programs

Brooke Dehaini currently works as a Compensation Analyst. She is responsible for analyzing salary and related workforce data from the enterprise level, developing sound class & comp recommendations for state entities of Georgia.  This also includes conducting job and pay structure audits to ensure compliance with internal rules and state laws. Prior to this, Brooke worked for Turner Broadcasting International in Acquisitions & Compliance, and with a number of other companies.  She has over 12 years of combined analytics and business operations experience. She has also held memberships with SHRM, World At Work, NAAAHR Atlanta, and many other professional and collegiate organizations.  Another honorable mention, is her time of service as Vice President for Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. For her undergraduate studies, Brooke pursued two degrees simultaneously, earning a Bachelor' of Business Administration (BBA) degree, concentration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communications.  Later, Brooke earned an MBA degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Georgia State's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, graduating at the top of her class.


Erin Erbeck - Director, Volunteers

Erin Erbeck, CCP has been with Culpepper and Associates for a combined 5 years, previously serving as a Compensation Analyst, and currently as the Compensation Survey Consultant Team Lead. She provides advisory services to clients on all aspects of Culpepper reporting, compensation best practices, market pricing, and job matching. She obtained her MS in Human Resources from Georgia State University and is currently pursuing her GRP. Prior to joining Culpepper and Associates, Erin worked for Porsche Cars North America and Freshens Corporate Office.


Diance Tuccito - Past President

Diane Tuccito has over 25 years of executive level global HR experience and applies this experience and knowledge to design solutions for her clients’ issues.  She has been the top HR Executive for companies in diverse industries.  Diane has a strong business acumen that enables her to align HR solutions with the business strategy. She has been recognized as a leader in the HR profession and has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from SHRM-Atlanta and the Pinnacle Award from SHRM National.  Diane received her BS from New York Tech and her MBA from University and has her SPHR, CCP and GRP. As Vice President of Human Resources at Flex HR, Diane provides clients with strategic HR solutions for their talent issues.  She offers her clients the benefit of her vast knowledge and experience to efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of Human Resources.  Diane also helps her clients with specific HR projects including but not limited to organizational design, competency modeling, HR analytics and dashboards, compensation and total rewards strategies and incentive plans, HR policies & procedures, leadership and employee development, employee engagement and survey design, HCM system selection and implementation,  executive and career coaching, and outplacement.
