AACA would like to recognize the great work our members by launching this award. While there is no specific requirements for winning this award, general characteristics of nominations are that they should represent outstanding work in the field of compensation or related fields (communication of compensation plans, surveys about total rewards, etc) and should be innovative, unique, timely, and worthy of the recognition of peers. While we realize this is vague, the Board of AACA will operate on a "we'll know it when we see it" basis as we evaluate entries.
Process and Dates:
1) Complete form below by October 31, 2007 and submit it to a current AACA Board Member
2) Decisions will be made by November 25 and winners will be notified
3) Winners will be recognized at the December 11, 2007 AACA Holiday Meeting
4) Winners will have the opportunity to do a short presentation at
the February 2008 meeting on their award winning entry
