As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and administering our compensation programs, ensuring they align with our philosophy and meet regulatory guidelines. You’ll work closely with various departments to design, evaluate, and deliver compensation solutions that attract and retain top talent while maintaining fairness and competitiveness.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and Analyze: Conduct job evaluations, market studies, and FLSA analyses for roles across the company, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
System Administration: Manage and maintain our MarketPay system, ensuring data accuracy and staying updated on the latest features and tools.
Survey Participation: Participate in compensation surveys, ensuring accurate role matches to keep us competitive in the market.
Data-Driven Reporting: Prepare reports and analyze trends to inform decision-making and enhance compensation strategies.
Collaborative Planning: Support wage proposals and contribute to the Collective Bargaining Agreement process.
Training & Guidance: Develop training materials and provide compensation education to HR and leadership teams.
Audits & Compliance: Conduct Compensation audits, maintain job families and titles in our HRIS, and ensure compliance with all policies.
Special Projects: Lead or contribute to projects involving the redesign or enhancement of compensation programs.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field. Certifications like CCP or PHR/SPHR are a plus.
Experience: At least 3 years of compensation experience with knowledge of base and variable pay plans.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), HRIS & Compensation (Market Pay, Payscale, etc) systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of financial metrics like RONA & EBITDA. Able to draw conclusions from analysis.
Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
Team Player: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Requirements

This position is based in the Oakwood Georgia corporate office in a hybrid role with some flexibility.
This is an individual contributor role with opportunities to manage special projects.
Moderate use of hands and extended periods of sitting while working at a computer.
Occasional travel to company locations for training or other tasks.
