Are you a compensation guru who can handle data alongside the best data scientists? We’re looking for someone who loves working in Digital and Tech, where displaying your wits and data know-how amongst the most tech savvy is a challenge and an environment you thrive in.

You’ll most likely keep a pair of running shoes under your desk just to keep up with the rapid pace and changing world of tech. You’ll be instrumental in helping us create and execute breakthrough compensation approaches in one of the most competitive talent arenas.

What you’ll do

This position requires a deep understanding of product and software development. We’re looking for someone who can keep up and go toe to toe with some of the most technical minds whilst staying calm, cool and collected. Specifically, you’ll…

  • Establish pay programs that achieve our ambitious business objectives in our digital businesses
  • Partner proactively with HR Business Partners as well as other stakeholders across the organization
  • You’ll be able to listen with empathy and bring design thinking to solve problems
  • You’ll obviously be great at data, but you’ll also be able to bring to life the market trends and insights that you’ll be following closely
  • You’ll be a champion for great labor practices that align with our values, ensuring we comply with local, state, federal and country laws
  • You’ll also be a thought leader and a great collaborator


Who you are

You have metrics-driven compensation consulting in mind with an eye for creative solutions and a head for business. You’re up-to-date with the latest tech pay trends with a flair for innovation.

You’ll build our compensation programs with care and then steer them through to execution, keeping an eye out for the bumps in the road because you know things do (and should) change fast. You may also enjoy a good hackathon every now and again.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
  • Proven experience with compensation programs, practices, principals and plan governance
  • Experience of deploying compensation programs effectively, including accompanying communications.
  • Experience analyzing data, making sense of metrics and generating proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years (or equivalent) experience in Compensation
  • Significant experience working in a digital and tech environment
  • Experience in consulting/professional services environment a strong plus
