Printpack is seeking a Benefits Manager for our Total Rewards team. The Benefits Manager leads the design,
development, communication, implementation, compliance and administration of Printpack’s health, wellbeing, and
retirement benefit plans and programs. The Benefits Manager is responsible for aligning benefit offerings and programs
with Printpack’s strategic business goals, monitoring costs, and enhancing the organization’s ability to attract and retain
associates through competitive benefit offerings and innovative Total Rewards technology solutions. This position
reports to the Director of HR Support Services and is located in Atlanta, GA.
Drive benefits program strategies and initiatives. Develop/maintain a benefits program portfolio that
supports the company’s Total Rewards strategy for innovative health, well-being, leave of absence, and
retirement plans. Consider innovative, non-traditional benefit programs that are cost-effective and meet
the needs of associates at all levels in the organization.
Leads Open Enrollment for US associates.
Proactively partners with key stakeholders, such as HR, Treasury, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and
Procurement, among other functions.
Optimize technology to lead benefits processes and communications with participants and spouses;
provide clear information that conveys value to the associate (i.e., Total Rewards)
Oversee the proper administration and implementation of the company’s health and retirement benefit
plans (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, 401k, etc.) in accordance with policies and
procedures while ensuring legal compliance with government regulations (COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA,
ACA, Section 125, Form 5500 filings, etc.)
Manage benefits vendors and service providers to accomplish strategic objectives and tactical goals
while maintaining costs in alignment with financial goals and competitive positioning.
Responsible for market analysis to continuously assess competitive factors and cost savings/impacts.
Direct and manage benefits processes and events (enrollments, benefits administration, leave
management, retirement, and related communications); identify & and implement innovative solutions
that support continuous improvement.
Leads and directs the work of the Benefits Team associates, talent, and development planning.
Primary contact with an advisory insurance broker.
Oversees and manages relationships with benefits vendors and service providers, conducts planning
meetings, and ensures compliance with plan provisions.
Responsible for company-wide benefits communications content and delivery
Leads the preparation of benefit plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and required postings.
Drives and participates in strategic benefits planning, procedural improvements/changes, and
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field of study
7 to 10 years of direct experience in Benefits Management involved with the procurement, management,
and communications of benefits programs for a medium to large size company, private company
Expert and comprehensive knowledge of benefits program concepts, principles and technologies, and
related laws and regulations
Professional certification a plus
Workday experience preferred
Proven track record of effective communication, influence, and decision-making
