Compensation Manager:

Printpack is seeking a Compensation Manager for our Total Rewards Team. Following the Company and HR strategies, the Compensation Manager leads the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures at Printpack.

·       Manages common compensation functions including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, pay program administration, and other associated initiatives.

·       Ensures that base pay and compensation incentives remain competitive in the market and conform to current compensation strategy.

·       Directs data collection and analysis processes for market, pay equity, and other compensation studies making sure to align compensation initiatives and efforts with the Printpack Associate Value Proposition.

This position reports to the Director of HR Support Services and is in Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and maintain the compensation program to support the organization’s goals and objectives.

· Design, implement, and maintain incentive compensation plans.

· Design and execute the merit increase process for hourly and salary associates.

· Develop annual merit increase and salary structure movement recommendations for compensation programs.

· Execute the Annual performance business bonus collaborating closely with the HRIS team.

· Manages LTI programs (EBUs, RBUs, and BUARs) at Printpack.

· Perform job evaluations and market analysis to make salary grade recommendations.

· Participate in compensation surveys and conduct analysis and research on competitive market practices.

· Advise associates of all levels of policies and procedures regarding compensation practices, promotional and merit increase guidelines, and other salary-related issues, trends, and practices.

· Collaborate with HR teams to design and administer compensation programs.

· Partner with HR Corporate to ensure consistent pay practices across the organization.

· Oversee and administer the Printpack Deferred Compensation Program (non-qualified deferred compensation).

· Lead efforts related to the creation and maintenance of standardized job descriptions.

· Act as a resource on federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure Company compliance.

· Proactively partners with key functions such as HR, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Accounting, and Tax, among others.

· Leads and directs the position of Compensation Analyst II.

· Responsible for company-wide compensation communications content and delivery.


Minimum Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field of study.

·       7 to 10 years of direct experience in Compensation Management for medium to large size companies. Private company experience preferred.

·       Expert and comprehensive knowledge of compensation program concepts, principles and technologies, and related laws and regulations.

·       Professional certifications a plus.

·       Workday experience preferred.

·       Proven track record of effective communication, influence, and decisionmaking.

·       Proactive and innovative thought leader.
